Firstly decide on a date for your party and a time you would like it to start and contact us via the "Check Availabity" button above. We will always respond within 24 Hours to let you know if this date is free or to advise the closest alternatives.
If a date is agreeable, we will place a 24 hour temporary hold awaiting a £5pp deposit. This can be paid via the shop , add the quantity for the number of guests and add the party date at checkout.
On receipt of deposit you will receive an email confirmation including arrival time, date and a unique party reference number. For children's parties also a themed party invitation you are welcome to use. You are then able to book any party additions.
For Adult pamper parties a collated treatment list for all guests must be sent to the office no later than 3 weeks before the event. We will then create a schedule for your event time/beautician and aim for the party to be approximately 3 hours, if you are time restricted let us know . Also let the office know if you have any guests arriving late or needing to leave early, so it can be reflected in the schedule. Planning for your Party……..
It is important to set the scene and create the environment you are looking for. For a relaxing pamper party we suggest candles, burning aromatherapy oils and ensuring the party venue is nice and warm. Relaxing music will also help to create comfortable surroundings.
You may want a real party atmosphere, especially if it is a hen night etc so have lively music in the main area where the food, drink and party is going to happen and create a quieter area somewhere else in the house.
We need access to water and electricity. Generally we set up a nail table down stairs close to the party so people can still chat whilst having their nails done. Pedicures and paraffin wax treatments are often performed in the comfort of the lounge and carpets are protected with towels.
For most other treatments we require a quieter area and privacy as some treatments will mean clients need to be partially undressed. This room must have enough space for 140cm by 250cm which allows for the massage table and enough space for someone to work around it. We use sturdy salon type massage tables for your comfort. We will also need table space to put products on near to the massage table.
