Substitution Policy Information Flowers are a living thing and each flower is unique. We do our very best to ensure that your delivery is as close as possible to the item you have seen on-line. However in rare circumstances substitutions may need to take place to ensure that your order is fulfilled in a timely manner. We always pick flowers of a similar or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as a rose bouquet or lilly arrangement , we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour. For arrangements with included vases or containers we will include a similar container or vase. We will always contact you before making any substitution to ensure you are happy with any change and will have the option to cancel the order should you wish.
